Key Priorities 2013/2014 KP2 Quality Assurance Lead:Cr Ofsted L&M KP1 Personalised Learning Lead:Ca Ofsted Achievement KP3 Teaching and Learning Lead:Cn Ofsted Teaching KP4 Achievement & Standards Lead:Sx Ofsted Achievement KP5 CofE Ethos/ Leadership and Governance Lead:Cr Ofsted L&M Promote confidence and engagement of parents Investigate opportunities for the future strategic development of the school Governing Body Development Plan Improve the quality of marking and feedback Improve literacy and numeracy in all subjects Improve the effectiveness of Homework Improve achievement in Science and Maths Improve Teaching and Learning to meet the needs of all groups of learners esp. the use of Teaching Assistants and Differentiation Continue to raise Attendance Collate evaluation data to ensure consistency of practice Improve the accuracy and use of data to track and monitor progress Ensure that the necessary curriculum changes are investigated and introduced Improve ISV (In School Variation) between subjects and student groups
