This case study presents two cases involving elderly patients. Case 1 describes a male patient, 42 years old, who was found to have a unilateral internal carotid artery (UIA) aneurysm during a routine examination, with no associated medical illnesses. Case 2 discusses an 86-year-old male admitted due to amaurosis fugax, for which catheter angiography of the right common carotid artery (CCA) and left vertebral artery (VA) was conducted. Both cases highlight the importance of careful evaluation in geriatric patients.
