Way forward • All S4 groups as Student-LED groups • More capable S5 ex-members as student-mentors of S4 Student-LED members and in their own clubs • All teachers acquire skills of reflection on OLE to illicit learning outcomes as a student-teachers learning community • Closer to realization of self-directed learning in non-academic areas by running Student-LED projects
