  3. Be Yourself Firstly, you need to be yourself.  It means that doing what you want, eating your favorite food, and saying what you feel.

  4. Invest in Yourself When choosing to become a calmer or productive person, you reduce emotional distress.  Invest in yourself by engaging in activities.

  5. Love and Be Loved “ME TIME” is a part of one’s nature that needs spending time alone.  However, it isn’t the complete story of a person’s nature. The feeling of happiness and livelihood ariseswhen we love and let ourselves be loved.

  6. Hold on The Thoughts Our thoughts have a direct impact on our everyday lives. Thoughts can add fire to the fuel of emotional distress. Therefore, it is imperative to identify thoughts that don’t serve and get a grip on your mind.
