  2. Definition of “HABIT” • PATTERNS OF BEHAVIOR THAT CAN BE BENEFICIAL OR DESTRUCTIVE • IT IS LEARNED – AND BECOMES SPONTANEOUS

  3. Definition of “ADDICTION” • “The State of being enslaved to a habit or practice to such an extent that its cessation causes severe trauma” Random House Dictionary, 2010

  4. Medical Definition • “The habitual psychological of physiological dependence on a substance or practice beyond one’s own voluntary control.”

  5. Freedom Is not the right to do what we want But the power to do what we ought
