  1. The Theory Which I Like Most • Instinct Theory of Motivation: • This theory explains the shaped behavior of people in certain ways. this theory gives the idea that people behavior may change from time to time or according to situation. • For example, if some students in class fear to presents before class ,then they rely heavily on fake statement, which indicates their behavior for avoiding any rebuke by the teacher.

  2. The Theory That I Dislike Most • Theory X and Theory Y • In my point , this theory focused on the organizational behavior only to give certain advantages to organization by the efforts of employees there. • Organization use this theory only to highlight its image in the market and consider it as a source of earning esteem . • This theory presents the fake result when implemented in the organization.

  3. How I arrived my conclusion • Many reasons can be presented which help to conclude: • Through management techniques • Through research methodology • By using the latest statistical tools to analyse the data • By using the past and current research findings

Influence of theories • Many organization can get numerous benefits when they apply management and motivational theories: • For enhancing the business • To create the conducive environment • For making the formal ways of working • To give the self-esteem to all employees • Providing the best career path for staying in the organization • To stay in the competitive market for capturing the best position

These theories will affect on the minds of employees to strive more and more • If these theories are implemented ,minds and attitudes of the employees changes towards enhancing their own skills and potential • Sometimes these theories create the resistance from the old-fashioned employees • Findings of these theories have both positive and negative influence on the organization and its employees.

Explain if there is a new method that you can apply to or research in psychology. • New method is used in the research because of its valid and accurate results • Results are based on the gathered data and information from various sources • New method should be people-oriented • People may feel relaxed when using the new method in research about the psychological issues • Methodology to be used in the research should be acceptable to all stakeholders.

  7. New method in research should produce the desired results • Result should be unbiased and depicts a true picture about the psychological issues • Results from new method should not harm the old and new mechanism already implemented in the organization

Explain how the information in this presentation affects your worldview. • It will affect in the following way • Effects from the individual point of view • Individual will get more mortivation and will provdie his/her own opinion about the ecrtain issues facing the organziation • Individual would get better insight for develping more knowedge which will have the postiveinflunce on the attitudes,personal traits and charactreistices • Inidivusal will try to develop the leadrship skills and qualities which would help the society to floursh the societl values.

For organization's points of view • Organization would use to benefit its business operations accurately • More revenue would be gained through the use of application of all theories and information • Cultural values would be diversified which would help the organization to compete in the most competitive environment.
