    1. Benefitting From Plant Based Protein Sources "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.“- Hippocrates

    3. Vegetable Protein Sources- Pea New research from Canada found that proteins in the common garden pea may provide a natural remedy against high blood pressure and chronic kidney disease (CKD). Research has demonstrated satiety is associated with the release of certain gastro-intestinal peptides. Higher PYY (peptide YY) levels promoted by pea protein delay gastric emptying and thus could provide an increase in satiety. Another peptide, ghrelin, which is primarily secreted by the stomach, helps stimulate your appetite. Studies show lower ghrelin levels indicate a delay in the return of your appetite after a meal. And as pea protein promotes lower levels of ghrelin, the potential for you to feel full could increase.

    4. Vegetable Protein Sources Hemp Hemp protein contains all 20 known amino acids including the 9 essential amino acids (EAAs) our bodies cannot produce. Proteins are considered complete when they contain all 9 essential amino acids in a sufficient quantity and ratio to meet the body’s needs. In addition to being an excellent protein source, hemp powder can also be used as a quick and convenient blood sugar stabilizer because of the high fiber content which will again help in weight loss. Hemp contains high concentrations of essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in an ideal ratio of 1:3. Hemp oil contains two beneficial polyunsaturated fatty acids, gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and stearidonic acid (SDA).

    5. Vegetable Protein Sources Chia Chia seeds provide energy, lessen the risk of cardiovascular disease, stabilize blood sugar, provide the daily requirements of fiber, vitamins and aid in weight loss. A chia seed consists of 20% protein, 34% oil and 25% fiber. The high protein content in chia seeds is enough to provide the full daily requirement of protein. The chia seed is said to be one of the richest source of Omega-3 fatty acids, and water soluble dietary fiber. Chia seeds have natural gel forming properties that slow digestion and help keep blood sugar levels stable, which aids in the prevention and/or control of diabetes. The feeling of fullness after eating chia seeds aids in weight control and weight loss. Chia seeds are packed with vitamin B, vitamin C and vitamin E and calcium. Huge health benefits from tiny chia seeds

    6. Vegetable Protein Sources Rice Being cholesterol-free, sodium-free, non-allergenic and minimum fat content, rice is easy to digest and forms a crucial part of a healthy diet. As rice is a complex carbohydrate its potential energy may be stored in the body muscles and energy can be released whenever the body feels the requirement for it. Rice Proteins are free from allergens present in other protein sources like soy, eggs, milk, yeasts and some other grains, they can be considered as truly hypoallergenic. Rice Proteins, having approximately 70% protein content, are rich sources of amino acids. Modern research has revealed that, when properly processed, the amino acid profile of Rice Proteins is very similar to that found in mother's milk, one of the most nutritious food materials of the planet. Rice Proteins, compared to that of other cereal grains, is a high quality protein. Having all the essential amino acids necessary for building strong muscles, rice provides a major part of our body-energy.

    7. Vegetable Protein Sources Cranberry Polyphenols are very potent and strong antioxidants in cranberry powder. They are thought to help reduce the levels of LDL and the total cholesterol count Cranberries have long been thought aid in the treatment of urinary tract infections. Hippuric acid found in cranberry powder acidifies the urine and keeps bacteria from attaching to inside the urinary tract. . They are being studied for their anti-carcinogenic properties in cranberries. Organic Acids- In particular, quinic acid found in cranberry aids in preventing kidney stones because it elevates the acidity of urine. Immunity Boosters- Cranberry powder may improve immunity because it acts like a probiotic by encouraging the growth of beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract. While it does this, it eliminates the bad bacteria responsible for illness. Cranberries have moderate levels of vitamin C, dietary fiber and the essential dietary mineral, manganese, as well as a balanced profile of other essential micronutrients.

    8. Brocccoli Seed Extract Sulforaphane Sulforaphane is an organosulfur compound that exhibits properties. The enzyme myrosinase transforms glucoraphanin, a glucosinolate, into sulforaphane upon damage to the plant (such as from chewing). Young sprouts of broccoli and cauliflower are particularly rich in glucoraphanin The possible anticancer activity of sulforaphane may be related to the induction of phase-II enzymes of xenobiotic transformation (such as quinone reductase and glutathione S-transferase), and enhancing the transcription of tumor suppressor proteins, possibly via inhibitory effects on histone deacetylase. Sulforaphane may protect the heart from inflammation that can lead to atherosclerosis

    9. Brocccoli Seed Extract Indoles and 3,3 Diindolemethane DIM and Indoles are dietary supplements that naturally balances estrogen dominance in men and women, these are commonly found in cruciferous vegetables. I3C can be considered a “blocking agent” because it blocks the initial steps required for cancer development. It likely does this by inducing enzymes responsible for the metabolism and excretion of the carcinogen Support liver detoxification pathways Act as a potent antioxidant Improve immunity by boosting thymus gland function

    10. Calcium D Glucarate Estrogen Removal - Calcium-D-Glucarate allows the body to excrete used hormones, such as estrogen before they can become reabsorbed. Large doses of Calcium-D-Glucarate have been shown to lower serum estrogen levels in rats by 23 percent. Because many breast cancers are estrogen-dependent, Calcium-D-Glucarate's ability to affect estrogen and other hormone levels has led to Phase I clinical trials at several major cancer centers in the United States. Results of these studies are pending. Tumor Prevention - Animal studies have shown positive results regarding the use of Calcium D-Glucarate for detoxifying carcinogens in the colon, skin, lung, breast, and liver.  Due to the encouraging results, breast cancer studies are currently being conducted by the National Cancer Institute at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Lipid Lowering - Preliminary results in humans show D-Glucarate reduced total serum cholesterol up to 12 percent, LDL-cholesterol up to 28 percent, and triglycerides up to 43 percent.

    11. The Issue of excess Estrogen Substances which can behave like the hormone estrogen in a person's body. Existence of these substances in large quantities over a long period of time can, in effect, confuse the body's estrogen receptors, disrupting the hormonal balance required for average fertility. Sources: Some pesticides, herbicides Food additives e.g. butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA) PVC plastics Symptoms of Excessive Estrogen Estrogen is an important hormone that helps regulate reproductive health, maintain healthy skin, hair, and bones, and many other functions. However, excessive levels of estrogen, also known as "estrogen dominance," are associated with many health problems in both women and men, including PMS and other menstrual problems, breast cancer, and many other problems.

    12. The Issue of excess Estrogen Women Dry skin Vaginal dryness Tender breasts Low libido Water retention/bloating Mood swings Night sweats Insomnia and restless sleep Memory Loss and "fuzzy thinking" Irritability Early puberty/late menopause Irregular or absent periods (amenorrhea) Unusually heavy or long lasting periods (menorrhagia)

    13. The Issue of excess Estrogen Men Prostate problems Breast development ("man boobs," or gynecomastia) Impotency Male pattern baldness Weight gain Low sex drive

    14. Enzymes - Aminogen Aminogen, a vital ingredient in high-quality protein supplements, is clinically proven to increase amino acid levels and boost nitrogen retention. Developed by Triarco Industries, Aminogen is a patented, designer enzyme which breaks down protein and improves amino acid absorption. Aminogen is ideal for increasing lean body mass and strength and promoting deep muscle recovery. And Aminogen does all this while supporting protein digestion and reducing or eliminating the gas, bloating and constipation protein can sometimes cause

    15. Glutamine In catabolic states of injury and illness, glutamine becomes conditionally-essential (requiring intake from food or supplements). Glutamine has been studied extensively over the past 10–15 years and has been shown to be useful in treatment of serious illnesses, injury, trauma, burns, and treatment-related side-effects of cancer as well as in wound healing for postoperative patients. Glutamine is also used for muscle growth in weightlifting, bodybuilding, endurance, and other sports. Evidence indicates that glutamine when orally loaded may increase plasma HGH levels by stimulating the anterior pitutitary gland. In biological research, L-glutamine is commonly added to the media in cell culture.

    16. Arabinogalactins Arabinogalactan is a starch-like chemical that is found in many plants, but it is found in highest concentrations in Larch trees. Larch arabinogalactan is used for medicine. Most of the larch arabinogalactan you will find in stores is produced from Western Larch (Larch occidentalis). Larch arabinogalactan is used for infections, including the common cold, flu, H1N1 (swine) flu, and HIV/AIDS. It is also used to treat liver cancer, as well as a brain condition caused by liver damage (hepatic encephalopathy). Some people use it to provide dietary fiber, lower cholesterol, and to boost the immune system.

    17. Vegetable Calcium Most people understand the need for Calcium and Vitamin D, but you need more to grow bone. AlgaeCal naturally contains high amounts of calcium plus several other minerals that are all vital to your bone health like magnesium, boron, silica and much more. AlgaeCal Plus is a naturally occurring mineral complex that is enhanced with high amounts of vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 to make it the most effective bone health formula available on the market. A human study compared two AlgaeCal formulations (one of which is AlgaeCal Plus and Strontium Boost). More than 200 people were involved in this study including men and women from age 18 to 85. The primary outcome measure was bone mineral density and a secondary measure was safety as reported in a panel of 43 blood tests along with quality of life questionnaire. AlgaeCal Plus and Strontium Boost group achieved an outright increase in bone density of more than 2%

    18. Suma Root Suma is the dried root of a plant found in the rain forests of Brazil.  First introduced to the United States as Brazilian Ginseng, Suma is advocated as an effective n to support the immune system, adapt the body to external stresses, relieve pain, fight Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and accelerate wound healing. Suma is said to support hormonal balance, reduce inflammation, inhibit cancer and leukemia cells, enhance immunity, increase libido, and a provide a number of normalizing and rejuvenating effects. One of the reason for its myriad effects may be its ability to increase oxygenation and energy efficiency at the cellular level. South American natives have used Suma for centuries to treat wounds, skin rashes, low energy and sexual disinterest.   The overall effect is to give you an increased resistance to stress while having a cell-building and regenerating effect.  It also has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties that can help alleviate chronic and acute pain.   Suma Root is also quite valuable nutritionally as it contains essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids and trace elements

    19. Medium Chain TriGlycerides MCTs passively diffuse from the GI tract to the portal system (longer fatty acids are absorbed into the lymphatic system) without requirement for modification like long-chain fatty acids or very-long-chain fatty acids. In addition, MCTs do not require bile salts for digestion. Patients that have malnutrition or malabsorption syndromes are treated with MCTs because they do not require energy for absorption, utilization, or storage Some studies have shown that MCTs can help in the process of excess calorie burning, and thus weight loss
