  2. The winter is passed. With your blessing, the time has come in which God floods the earthwith the beauty of flowers,O Mary,

  3. Your season is spring: grant to my garden your sweet perfume.

  4. The blush of the pomergranate are your cheeks: my heart is eager for your miracles which are more numerous that the grains of wheat on the ears of corn and the grapes on the vine.

  5. And the Spirit proclaims: “It is the time of the harvest!” The Church is full of flowers your precious perfume covers me along the road to salvation.

  6. Who can re-open the gate of the garden that was shut by our first parents if not your justice? Make me flee with the agility of the deer from the venom of the serpent’s mortal sting.

  7. Rejoice O Mary: Because of you, Adam has returned from exile
