  3. Details • 11 Acres on Togus Medical Center Campus (75 year Extended Use Lease) • 21 1 & 2 bedroom cabins + 1 ‘community cabin’ • Income criteria (12 units @ 50% AMI, 9 @ 60% AMI) • 16 HUD VASH project based vouchers & 5 cabins Housing Choice voucher or other rental assistance

  4. Construction Funds ($5M) • LIHTC dollars ($3.8 M) • Fed Home Loan ($155K), • Maine Housing interest only mortgage ($372K); • VOA sponsor loan ($426K) - VA Capital Contribution ($201K) + Home Depot Foundation ($225K) • DECD CBBG special project matching funds (up to $400K)
