The A2A Network aims to support ILR alumni in managing career transitions and fostering community ties. With the labor market facing unprecedented challenges, particularly in HR and legal sectors, the network facilitates connections among alumni with over five years of experience. Co-chaired by Shawn Lancaster and Rick Lustig, the initiative engages volunteers and offers coaching to participants across the Boston to Central New Jersey corridor. Upcoming events include a Networking and Wine Tasting, aimed to enhance alumni engagement and connection, while future expansions seek to reach more areas and support additional alumni.
