The A2A Network, led by co-chairs Shawn Lancaster and Maria Sekas-Krum, addresses the challenges faced by ILR alumni in the toughest labor market in over 30 years. Our mission is to foster mutually beneficial relationships among alumni to manage career transitions, perpetuate executive success, and strengthen community ties. With active participants in Boston to Central New Jersey, we currently support 12 alumni in transition, providing coaching and networking opportunities. Join us for upcoming events and contribute to our expansion to better support our alumni community.
