Have you ever had an Aha Moment? Aha moments are those moments when you realize something, and that realization changes your actions in some way.
Just like you and I have aha moments, so do characters. Look for these clues that a character is having a realization: “Suddenly I realized” “In an instant I saw” “It came to me in a flash” “I now knew” “I finally understood” (or something like these statements)
