This training series aims to empower school leaders by including Social Studies, Science, and CTE teachers as literacy learning leaders. Strongly encouraged to facilitate effective learning, these leaders should be highly effective educators, excellent communicators, and passionate advocates for high standards and rigorous assessments. The program not only supports continuous improvement but also fosters an environment where feedback is valued. Schools will need to allocate time for redelivery of this essential training to ensure all leaders can effectively implement these strategies within their teams.
