Draw Stratified Random Sample from Population File based on given decision criteria Analyze a combination of parameters (e.g. precision level, sample size, error ratio, etc.) for preliminary sample Yes MBSS/PC SAS No Metering & Field Operations

  3. 2 3 Load Research – Process Map Run the list of accounts/service numbers against CBMS mirror to obtain additional customer & meter data MainFrame SAS MBSS/PC SAS Metering to install all IDRs for the sample list and report back after the installation of IDRs in the list is complete Send out the sample list with additional variables to metering Metering & Field Operations
