  7. Herbs • Herbs are a safe and effective alternative method of healing and relieving any disorder. It have been used to heal for thousands of years and it used properly can allow us to heal better, enjoy better health without the use of chemical or drugs.

  8. Different types of Herbs • Mainly four type of herbs, which can be used for medical purpose. • Mild Herbs • Preventative Herbs • Sedatives and Stimulants Herbs • Powerful Herbs

  9. Herbs can be used different ways • Decoctions • Essential oils • Extracts • Infusions • Ointments • Powders • Syrups
