FY 2013 IBP Progress ReportFor Projects Funded July 1, 2012 • Project Name: Remodel, to update the space for Student Services at SCC • Amount Funded: $40,000. • Project Status: Funding has not been released. I am requesting the funds to be deferred to next fiscal year, as I am submitting a request this year to remodel the Student Express and ES desk to include additional office space.
FY 2014 Remodel Request • Project Title: South City Campus Student Express Reception Desk and Additional Office Space Remodel • Core Theme / Strategic Priority Supported: Access and Success - Support students to become successful and engaged learners. • Dollars Requested: $62,060.50 Due to the estimate coming in higher than expected, I would like to work with Jack Mukavetz to split my request into two phases with the hopes that if complete funding cannot be granted, my priority would be to work on the Student Express phase first.
FY 2014 Remodel Request • Justification – Closer proximity to student access computers. Will complement the new Center for New Media (that will open to Main Street). • Project Outcome Measurements - Provide a more effective delivery of service to students.
