  7. Project background • To make future students come to understand the sales circuits and the major points of the job. • Reduce the possible mistakes in the future. And enable us to review the shortages made in the past.

  8. Sales process • 1). We search customer from our Website in the USA. • 2). The leader gets the inquiry from our customer • 3).The leader distributes inquiries to sales • 4). Our sales give the offer to the customer. • 5). Customer accepts the offer and our sales wait for the order from customer. • 6). Customer mails the order to sales, in common, the order is PDF. • 7). Ask customer to pay the 50% deposit • 8). Sales contact the factory and sign contract with the factory. • 9). Before sign the contract, confirm delivery date with the factory first. • 10). After confirming delivery date with the factory, sales place the order to the factory. • 11). Finally, give the deposit (30%) to factory.

  9. 12). Before the mass production, confirm samples with the factory first. • 13). Sales contact the factory and the factory finish the order. • 14). Customer confirm the final goods and whether pleased with them. • 15). Give the balance amount to the factory. • 16). Get ready for shipping goods. • 17). Contact the Express Company and receive the goods from the factory. • 18). Before the transport of goods, examine them first. • 19). Ship the goods to customer • 20). Customer gets the goods. • 21). Give the Final Invoice to customer. • 22). Get the balance amount from customer and finish the order.

  10. The processing • 1. Determine the division of labor, and then start the work. • 2. Collect the information which we needed. • 3. Discussing, and make the whole project. • 4. Make the PPT.

  11. Problems and solutions A. We have no idea about what project we want to do! Solution: After talking with our teacher, we found that we can do the project related to our jobs B. Because of three of us are not working with together, there is a small problem that we can’t discuss with each other timely. Solution: We can use telephone and Internet to discuss.

  12. C. There are some disagreements when choosing the successful examples. Solution: We negotiate and reach the consensus. D. There are some mistakes in our project when checking again. Solution: We asked our teacher about what we can’t understand and check carefully by ourselves.
