Question 1(1) Please list the key scientific, economic, social, political factors to be considered in proposing risk management for the site? http://www.popstoolkit.com/riskmanagement/module/intro.aspx • Scientific factors: • Provide professional knowledge to site officers for risk management • Limit access to the site, not allow hunting/fishing or doing farming at contaminated site(s) • Pave/cover the surface soil by concrete, plastic, impermeated soil, or grass planting (incl. maintaining in dry season), if applicable • Natural treatment/biodegradation, if applicable • Remove the contaminant for proper disposal or treatment
