Registry Quality Improvement: A Comprehensive Overview of Patient Records and Reporting Services

The Registry Quality Improvement initiative is rapidly approaching 600,000 patient records, with participation from 113 data-submitting office sites and 212 practices. Reporting services are available, with 156 physicians submitting data for 2009 PQRI, accepted by CMS. The program integrates research and publications, with two manuscripts accepted in JACC & AJM and three abstracts accepted for QCOR 2010. Additionally, four posters were presented at ACC 10.
