  2. Experience in usabilitylab • Problems regarding use of the phone • Dobbelt-tab/-click • Dennis got to the main menu by accident • The users knew nothing about diabetes • Didnt know abbreviations of terms • Didnt know symbols (metaphors) • Hard to navigate and perform task

Experience in usabilitylab • Graph/table was hard to use • Basic knowledge of how to perform usability testing • You should consider what the users know and do not know beforehand. • Wrong to ”lead” the user through the task by underlining/bold-facing (in relation to the users experience/knowledge)

  4. Conceptual model / analysis, users: • Users: • Adult diabetic • Age: 20 – 45 • Focus on those with interest in self management • Use context: • Everywhere, mostly indoors(home, work, etc.)

Conceptual model / analysis, users: • Requirements / Needs • Future view with advice • History view • Immediate ins advice • Enter data easily/automatic (+delete/edit) • BG – INS – Carbs – Exercise – Alcohol – Comments • Alarming Features / Warnings • Free movement (Handheld device) • View data on own/doctor PC • Automatic Datacollection can be verified • Calendar features (appointments with doctor) • Descriptive error messeges
