  4. Proposed system • Set number of credit hours outside major • Only required course is English • Special rules for double majors

  5. Improvements • Saves time and money • Improves grades • Relevant outside of college • Competition

  6. why colleges would benefit • More student oriented • More enrollment • Rating professors accurately
