  6. Define: Classwork weight is 1.00. Do not select an MPs leave it as default. Assignments: Max. Points is 100. Make sure to PUBLISH to allow parents to see progress in Home Access Center.

  7. Creating Assignments & Publishing When Creating an Assignment, make sure that the due date is either a day before IPR deadline or Report Card deadline if you want the grade to pertain to that Marking Period. Also make sure to CHECK OFF “Publish Item” and “Publish Scores” and then SAVE. Publishing will allow parents to view progress.

  8. Enter IPR/RC Scores If you are going to load your grades into IPR or RC, select the one that pertain to the task at hand. You should see a list of your students. Click on LOAD FROM GRADEBOOK and you should see grades appear and you can then SAVE.
