Please find below comprehensive information on registration for your company’s participation in the Vendor Trade Show & Dinner and entertainment Thursday evening. This year’s exhibit will take place on Thursday instead of our usual Wednesday program. New for 2012, vendors may choose to register for the Vendor Trade Show only OR for better exposure to our attendees, Sponsorship is the way to go!! UpstateNY has incorporated new opportunities for great Vendor visibility to the members and attendees through Sponsorship. Your company will receive added benefits we believe will provide direct value and support to both organizations and the colleges and universities we represent. Registration for the Conference To begin registration, let’s start with the costs. Listed below are the rates for the Vendors to participate in the Thursday afternoon Vendor Trade Show will be held from 1:30 – 4:30 P.M. You’ll have access to some of Upstate New York’s leading Educational Procurement experts. You are also cordially invited to the Thursday evening Dinner & Entertainment, at the Wise Guys Comedy Club, Downtown. Dinner is at 5:30 P.M. Sharp! Registration Rates: Vendor Booth: $570 Vendor Sponsors at the Gold and Platinum levels receive their booth free! Your Booth registration will include, for the Vendor Trade Show, one – six foot by 36 inch table (or comparable space), including drapery, two chairs, Vendor ID and wireless internet access. Your registration also includes a hospitality area where you can meet and mingle with your customers. **Due to space limitations, Vendors will be limited to 2 persons per booth. For those companies wishing to attend the Dinner & Entertainment – Wise Guys Comedy Club, downtown, Thursday evening the fee is: Vendor Dinner Rate: $40 per person Extra Vendor Representatives, Guest, Spouse: $40 per person Continuing education credits will be awarded for all educational sessions. VendorBrochure Special Dietary and/or Accessibility Needs: If there are any special dietary requests or accessibility needs, please be sure to note this in your registration and we will do our best to see that these are taken care of. Don’t forget that raffle items & giveaways are welcome. Complete your registration today via www.naepnet.org. Online registration will take you step-by-step through the process and it couldn’t be easier so register now. Log on to the site, click on ‘Events’ and go to Event Code REG_FLE_12 (change). From this point on just follow the steps but if you run into a problem, don’t worry! There is a solution! There will be no on-site registration for the Vendor Trade Show so we encourage everyone to register now because the official cut-off for reservations is Monday, September 3, 2012. Also, after that same date no cancellations with refund will be accepted. Sponsorship at ANY level will enjoy Increased visibility to Regional membership, recognition as a sponsor on their booth, recognition as a sponsor in program guide and recognition at the Thursday, October 4th (attendee) luncheon.
