    2. What is the progressive tense? Progressive Tense Tells what is actively happening in the moment. Can also tell what was actively happening (past progressive tense) It combines the helping verb “is/are” with the gerund “-ing”.

    3. How to conjugate. ESTAR (present tense) Gerund Drop –AR Add “–ando” Drop –ER/-IR Add “-iendo”

    4. Irregular Gerunds Some verbs have an irregular gerund form. They are still preceded by the verb “estar”. Verbs “-eer / “-uir” Drop –er, -ir and add (-yendo)

    5. Irregular Gerunds Some verbs have an irregular gerund form. They are still preceded by the verb “estar”. Verbs (stem-changing) ONLY (-ir verbs) will have a vowel change in the gerund form. E ?
