  13. MEETING THE 2015 CHALLENGE • Addressing wide disparities across regions • Curbing the high population growth rate • Accelerating the implementation of basic education and health reforms

  26. MEETING THE 2015 CHALLENGE • Regular conduct of censuses and surveys • Nationwide adoption of Community- Based Monitoring System (CBMS) • Adoption of small area estimates
