  1. Butterfly Knot Instructions The knots in the end will look like this picture below. This knot was used in the hunger games.

  2. First just make sure that the knot is like that then …….

  3. Twist the loop at the top of the previous picture so it has 2 loops shown above .

  4. Grab the top of the upper loop and fold it underneath the line. After that ..

  5. Continue the wrap, feeding it back through original loop , then Pull tight and clip your load to the protruding loop.
