Session Objective • Hands-on training session designed for intermediate to advanced users of COMMANDseries who want to better understand the configuration options available in the application as it relates to COMMANDconcrete. The session will include a review of the COMMANDseries configuration file and will include hands-on exercises including: pricing setup, minimum load charge tables, configuring the Look-up screens and setting up auditing options. Practice - Setup of Lookup Screens • Files>Customer & Project Information>Customers • From the Customer Code Field, access the CUST Lookup Form • Search for customers whose SORT names begin with the letter B • Change the selection criteria to find records whose Customer Code begins with a “1”. (You must ADD the choice then F2) • Change the sort criteria to sort by Customer Code • Change the sort criteria to sort in descending order • Change your columns to show the following: • Column 1 - Customer Code/Rename to Cust Code • Column 2 - Customer name/Rename to Cust Name • Column 3 - SORT Name • Column 4-7 - Phone Numbers 1-4 • Column 8 – Setup Date • Remove a column • Save these settings and close the Select Form COMMANDconcrete Configuration

Order Audit Log • Used to Track Changes to Orders • An “audit” is stored any time an order is accessed and saved • Tracks actual username and date/time of order entry • Tracks previous and current value for all changes • Specific fields to audit can be defined by the System • Administrator • Fields can be required • Files>General Information> Configuration>System • Tab>Order Audit Log COMMANDconcrete Configuration

Practice Order Audit Log • Turn on the Order Audit Log in your Configuration File • Retrieve your 100 yard order for today • Change the order quantity to 200 yards and split the schedule between 2 plants • Save the order • Retrieve the order again. • Retrieve the Audit Information and review the change history for the order COMMANDconcrete Configuration

System Wide Auditing • General Auditing • Licensed option to audit any table in the database for additions, deletions and edits • Audit file is continuously added to throughout the day • To limit the size of the audit file being generated, only audit files that you need to review, not all files.   50. Item Pricing • Price Categories at Item Level In Command Series, the # Sign is a Wildcard. Here, it means All Other Price Categories, pay $70.00. COMMANDconcrete Configuration
