Understanding Positive Behaviour for Success (PBS) in Our School

Positive Behaviour for Success (PBS) is an initiative designed to foster a positive school environment. In our school, we effectively communicate our core values through clear signage in classrooms and playgrounds. Our values are integral to the whole school community and are recognized through a tiered reward system (Gold, Silver, Bronze) and SERFie charts to monitor progress. By implementing clear consequences and support, we aim to encourage positive behaviours and help every student succeed in a nurturing environment.
