  10. Bronze Medal For the Best Poster Paper Whether or not your paper was selected for oral presentation, all may put up a poster and vote on the best for award of the ISCMNS bronze medal. Bill Collis: Organizer's remarks

  11. Workshop Fees • Catania Workshop 2007 € 750 • ICCF15 2009 €1,800 • This workshop 2012 € 550 (Meals and accommodation included). Our aim is to provide good science, good food and wine and good value! Please pay workshop fees in cash to Registration, not at the Certosa reception. Bill Collis: Organizer's remarks

Meals • Full conference fee includes breakfast, lunch and dinner • Meals are served in the Sala di Pranzo in the main cloister. • The Gala dinner on Thursday will be served in the Sala Caminetto • Registered non-residents may have lunch and dinner. • Please inform reception of any special dietary requirements. • Be punctual!   14. Workshop Publications • All material submitted to this workshop may be published after 1st July 2012 unless withdrawn or amended. • Publication will probably be only electronic (DVD, www). • Contribute your digital photos too! Bill Collis: Organizer's remarks

USB Memory Stick • The entire ISCMNS web-site including JCMNS-Vol 6 and this Workshop will be distributed on USB Memory stick on Friday. • Please ensure that your presentation (if any) corresponds to the name shown in the Workshop Program. • Submit by Thursday.   19. Ad hoc excursions • Many of us have cars so we can arrange trips to nearby attractions during “free” periods in the afternoons. • Example: Monteriggioni -Medioeval village (with walls and towers) – 15 minutes drive. Bill Collis: Organizer's remarks
