Upon arrival at airport in Vancouver following immigration and custom clearance, come out of the airport and look for shuttle van with Sheraton Logo. (You can also call the hotel directly at 6042737878 to check on the status. The shuttle runs every 45 minutes). Board the shuttle and transferred to your hotel. (Recommended arrival time is before 1600hours) Check in at the hotel is 1500hours (Early check-in is subject to availability unless pre-booked and paid in advance).
