Microsoft Word can be used to create multiple slideshows. Objects such as charts and graphs can be placed on the slides which helps the viewer visualize numerical data being presented. For users, who invest in stocks, Microsoft Powerpoint can be used to show a comparison of prices between various companies. Microsoft Word is a proprietary word processor designed by Microsoft. It was first released in 1983 under the name Multi-Tool Word for Xenix systems. Among its features, Word includes a built-in spell checker, a thesaurus, a dictionary, and utilities for manipulating and editing text. The following are some aspects of its feature sets. Microsoft Excel has the basic features of all spread sheets, using a grid of cells arranged in numbered rows and letter-named columns to organize data manipulations like arithmetic operations. It has a battery of supplied functions to answer statistical, engineering and financial needs. In addition, it can display data as line graphs, histograms and charts, and with a very limited three-dimensional graphical display. JavaScript (sometimes abbreviated JS) is a scripting language commonly implemented as part of a web browser in order to create enhanced user interfaces and dynamic websites. JavaScript copies many names and naming conventions from Java, but the two languages are otherwise unrelated and have very different semantics. Using programs such as Notepad++ I learned how to create websites using HTML . The websites have a header and other factors such as tables and pictures were used to embellish the page itself.
