This announcement outlines the final arrangements for NPA de-energisations and re-energisations around the Christmas period in 2009. The last day for NPA de-energisations will be Thursday, 17th December 2009, with the last M017 to be issued by 10th December. Re-energisation requests will be accepted until 10 am on 23rd December, and activities will continue up to 24th December. Normal services will resume on 4th January 2010, including meter work appointments up to and including 24th December.

D/E NPA Calls • The last pre Christmas date that NPA De-energisations will be carried out is Thursday 17th December 09 • Last M017 should issue by Thursday 10th December 09. • Resumption date of normal service for NPA De-energisations will be 4th Jan 2010
R/E NPA Calls • NPA Re-energise requests will be accepted by ESB Networks up to 10am on 23rd December 2009 • Calls to Customer premises to carry out NPA Re-energisation will be made up to and including 24th December 2009 . • Normal service will be resumed on 4th Jan 2010
Meter Works Calls • Appointments included on market messages can be accepted for meter works up to and including 24th December 2009 • Normal Service will be resumed on 4th Jan 2010.
