Division Closure Activities

As we approach the end of our tenure, it's natural to feel anxious about transitions. What will closure look like? Let's confront those fears directly. This is a call to finish strong, draw inspiration, and reflect on our achievements. The last three months are an opportunity to engage your team, celebrate accomplishments, and plan an impactful closure event. Create a memorable experience through banquets, socials, or recognition ceremonies to honor hard work and foster connection. Remember, together we can finish stronger than we started!
