  2. The full list • A Norway – wide issue: who will take the lead? • …. think in programmes, plan in programmes, act in programmes workload for students progressive skills teaching handling cases that are not referred [but teachers are not here today….. How do they hear?]

  3. Getting teachers interested • New contexts, new laws, new perspectives on what is happening • How can students be better educated, better informed, better taught….. • Consistency but not conformity…… same enough to be fair and clear, not too tight to discourage differences.

  4. How often we ask and wonder and explore the same things
