The "Graduate Success" initiative, led by a dedicated Steering Committee, aims to enhance the career trajectories of our BA/BS graduates. This document outlines key recommendations, including linking career opportunities with academic majors, creating a dedicated Graduate Success website, embedding Career Liaisons in academic departments, and providing grants for academic engagement and innovation. These actions are synergistic with ongoing efforts to revise Liberal Studies and foster an Entrepreneurial University. Our goal is to advance graduates along their chosen career paths through strategic support and resources.
