Wellness Program • Wellness Program - Year 1 • CDHP Plans - reduced automatic contributions to employee’s Healthcare Reimbursement Accounts (HRAs) by $250 • Employees could earn up to $250 to be deposited in their HRA by taking specified healthy actions (e.g. biometric screenings, flu shots, physicals, etc.) • EPO Plan - Offered Deductible Buy-Down option where employees could reduce their deductible by up to $250 by taking specified healthy actions • Introduced Non-Tobacco User Incentive • $25 per month premium reduction if employee certified he/she was a non-tobacco product user for at least 12 months • Partnered with a local vendor to offer healthy options in vending (fresh fruits, sandwiches, gluten free items, vegatarian items, etc. ) • Biggest Loser Contest • LA Fitness North American Program
