WWX - 5 PROGRAM • Worldwide Award • All Carrier Commercial Routes Available • Does Not Include any CONUS to CONUS Services • GSA Domestic BPA provides CONUS to CONUS Services • Not for Movement of Classified Material • Specific Routes are Priced in the Contract • Carriers Will Discount All Other Routes Serviced • Discount Rates Vary According to Carrier and Regions • Review Carrier’s Contract for Specific Discount Rate

  6. WWX - 5 SERVICES • Service Includes • Time-Definite • Door-to-Door Pick-up and Delivery • Carrier Provided Transportation • In-transit Visibility (ITV) • Third Party Payment System Capability • Customs Processing and Clearance • Limited HAZMAT movement • Review Carrier’s web site

WWX - 5 PROGRAM • WWX is “Mandatory” for All of DOD • Available to Federal Agencies • GSA is DOD’s Liaison for Federal Agencies • Available to 3d Party Logistics (3PL) Contractors and Cost-Reimbursable Contractors (CRC) • Conducting Business on Behalf of Government • Must Obtain Prior Approval

WWX - 5 CUSTOMS • Customs Clearance for Duty Free Shipments for DoD • Defense Transportation Regulation (DTR) Part V, DOD Customs/Boarder Clearance Policies and Procedures • Review Customs Procedures and Country Specific Requirements on carriers website • Government Compliance • Review DTR Part V • Properly Complete Applicable Documentation • Contractor Compliance • Determine Customs Clearance Requirements • Provide Customs Clearance for All Shipments
