Discussion • A large area of low pressure is weakening in the north • Today strong thunderstorms developed along the front that extended down to Louisiana • Unstable conditions in the Miami Area are causing showers and thunderstorms to linger through the day today • Some organization in the storm will cause a weak low pressure system to form off the coast

  3. Discussion • South winds from the subtropical high will pull warm air and moisture into the area • Thunderstorms are expected for tomorrow • As the low tracks off the coast later in the week, the winds shift to northerly bringing “drier” conditions
