Acting as a Single Enterprise

This initiative aims to strengthen collaboration within our academic health center, bringing together leadership to create a unified identity and branding strategy. The working group, co-chaired by Tom Manning and Todd Keating, will establish a framework for joint decision-making, identify shared service opportunities, assess co-location of leadership teams, and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders. Members include key leaders from UMMHC and UMMS, working collaboratively to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.
