MAN Diesel & Turbo • PM Training since 2008 • Objectives: • Harmonize processes • Common language • Increase PM maturity • Curriculum: • PM Basics, PM Advanced, PM Team Leader • IPMA certification, PMI certification • e-learning, classroom, simulation, coaching • Global delivery, local needs • Delivery in Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, France, Canada (2012) • Local trainers, local language • Same concept & content, but local specificities: turbines, compressors, engines, IT … • Until now: 500+ people trained, 30 PMs certified • For 2012: 45 training sessions, 550 people planned, 50 PMs to certify

Eurocopter • Trainings courses in France, Germany, Spain • SimulTrain used to train 600 employees: Project Managers, Work Package Managers, Team members • Five different courses: Basics of Project Management, EVM, Procurement, Risk Management, Soft Skills. • Course materials in English, French, and German

  5. Roche (IT department) • Over 500 Project Managers trained with e-learning and SimulTrain • Training in USA, Argentina, Poland, UK, Spain, and Switzerland • Over 100 Project Managers certified PMP® with the learning tools of STS

  6. Thales • Over 1’000 project managers trained with SimulTrain • E-learning tools used for the PMP® certification preparation • STS Tools used at Thales in France, United Kingdom, Italy, and Australia
