  20. PSSD • Began July 28, 2013 • For Negotiated Service Agreement (NSA) Customers • Initially Amazon only Participating Customer • Shipments are dropped at DDU During Parcel Select Same Day Hours as reflected in Facilities Database (FDB) • “New” Hours Type in the “Facility Times” module in FDB for Parcel Select Same Day Hours • Appointments are made by NSA customers through FAST • Appointments available in 15 minute intervals

  21. PSSD Results since start up PSSD is 7 days a week in Southern California for over 400 zip codes. Receiving 75,000 to 120, 000 packages a day 7 days a week on average. Scanning real time on 88% of the packages delivered. Same day delivery rate is 99.75%
