All of our services are based on putting you first and meeting your needs.  We call this ‘Person First Planning because’ we always start with the individual.   4. In Home Personal Support We don’t provide residential care facilities – we are completely dedicated to helping you to stay in your own home for as long as possible.   5. Meals on Wheels If you are living on your own, shopping for and preparing your own food may be difficult. We can help with: Preparing, cooking and freezing of food in your home Advice about nutrition, menus and special diets Information about food handling and storage Assistance with bulk food shopping/sharing and storage If you live in the Cities of Fremantle, East Fremantle, Melville, Cockburn, Kwinana and Rockingham call us on (08) 9339 7225.
