Or contact Mirixa Support Center:http://www.mirixa.com/for_pharmacists/support • (866) 218-6649Mirixawill supply you with a Pharmacy Authorization form • Complete it and fax it back toMirixa Sign in to MirixaProhttp://www.mirixa.com/for_pharmacistsand click “Join” Step 1:Username & Password • Include ALL persons who will perform MTM services, including pharmacists, technicians and pharmacy students • Mirixa will contact you with a username and password within 24 - 48 hours. Payment for a particular case should be sent within about 60 days after the case was submitted for billing, subject to Mirixa’s receipt of payment from the program sponsor for services performed by pharmacies Payment rates are established by the program sponsor and vary by program View individual programs and rates by clicking on the “Programs tab” Within the “Admin Tools” features on the MirixaPro platform, you may generate a report to view all completed patient cases submitted by your pharmacy for billing Payments are distributed via United Drugs’ Central Pay and are available to view on TrueScript Reporter Billing questions? Log in with your Username and Password Click on the “TRAINING” button Complete all training modules Click “Post-Test” to complete the required training and finish the registration process Each user must complete the training process and post-test Step 2:Training Property of American Associated Pharmacies
