Tonight's Schedule • Meet and Greet : • Rita’s Ice Outside – 6:30 – 7:00 • Session 1- 7:00-7:35: • Administration Message and Classroom Visits • Session 2 -7:40-8:00: • Classroom Visits or Volunteer Training (Library) • Volunteer Training – 8:00 – 8:20 • Final Volunteer Training (Library/Camelotto/Mahoney)

New Initiatives • Common Core Curriculum • Individualized, Small Group, Problem Solving • Attendance Policy • Discipline Procedures • Able Room • Positive Office Referrals • Emergency Procedures • Make sure we have updated phone, email, address • Arrival and Dismissal • Universal Breakfast – Doors open @ 8:25 AM • 5th Graders can enter through Café at 8:10 AM

  9. Important Information! • Volunteer Training • Every Year • Chaperone on Field Trip must be trained • Safety- Raptor System • Must have ID with the new system (Mrs. Noseworthy) • Badges when in school • After Scan, can check in or out with anyone

  10. PTA: • Please join PTA and become active in our school • Deb Mcvicker – President • Get involved in Family Night Planning • Learn about schoolwide initiatives first!

  11. First Week Back • Pre-K and Kindergarten please make sure you follow the first week back schedule. Please call the office with questions. • Beginning on September 9th, the “Goodbye Zone” will be in effect • Parents should say goodbye to students in the lobby in the morning. • If parents want to stay in the building, they will need to sign in and get a visitor’s pass. • If parents want to speak to a teacher, they need to set up a conference time with the teacher by calling the office.
