Incorporating Robert’s Rules of Order • The committee will formulate the actual wording to incorporate into the Constitution/By-Laws

Constitution/By-Laws CommitteeProposed Amendments • These are the new issues to be considered. “YAY / NAY” vote requested. • ‘At-Large’ member for the GSGA-EB • Election process updates • Campus rep to convene and chair GSGA Feedback/Grievance Committee • GSGA Budget to be presented at last meeting of every year for the forthcoming year • GSGA Scholarship allocation update (paying one credit for part-time student officers) • Group attendance requirement, exception clause
