Printer section Prisme Technologies Prisme Technologies is specialized in the creation of Internet applications in order to reach a full automation of the business processes in the printing industry. We create personalized tools adapted to the various needs of our customers, from the simple electronic catalogue to the capacity to publish and transfer all forms of files directly online. After improving our applications with a few corporations we decided to approach the printers, in order to offer them the same possibilities that the bigger players in the industry. By doing that we also thing that we will pass the good word more rapidly by using their sales forces to attached their biggest clients with that important added value. • It’s important to note that our applications are fully bilingual and they are very easy to use ! PrintSYS PrintSYS is the heart of the systems builted by Prisme Technologies. It’s a huge and robust platform divided in different modules that are designated to create and managed different printed products (ex; business cards, letterheads, envelopes, posters and more…) . Because we attached all our clients (printers) on that same heart, it takes now 72 hours only to be able to install a new client with their specifics standards and be able to order their printed manners online. So we can say that we are now ready to attack the market aggressively. We are a services company that offer the use of our applications. No licenses or installation of software are required.

Administrative section • A powerful research engine allows the clients to easily keep track of any orders. • The PDF files always follow the order (complete filing). • The administrator has a full access to the expenses accrued for any division • Always user friendly operations, one of the applications key • Allows the production of all types of excel reports needed for your accounting.

7. Printer section • In addition to the fact that the printer received a high resolution PDF that doesn’t required any human manipulation, ii is also granted with other features: • The printer can easily see all the approved orders that came in the system with the previews files. • He also as a strong research engine that allows him to find all kinds of information’s on his clients or on the different orders. • He can pull out any types of reports for any administrative tasks. • He as access to a section that allow's him to modify the price structures for a particular client or products, or both of them. • He is granted with a powerful archive tool. • We can also easily connect the printer to his subcontractors in a transparent manner. • Automatic « Job-Ticket » creation also possible
