  2. Water Castle Summary Ephraim lives a normal life in Cambridge Massachusetts until his father has a stroke and the Appledore-Smith’s, move to the Water Castle in Crystal Springs Maine. Ephraim first thinks when he comes to the small town he will be the smartest kid because he comes from a big city but he soon learns that everyone in Crystal Springs in smarter and stronger. When Ephraim hears a story about the Fountain of Youth he is sure it will cure his dad even though the Fountain of Youth has a very small chance to be real. Read the Water Castle to find out if Ephraim finds the fountain that will cure anything and make you live forever.

  4. Exploration The Fountain of Youth is a spring that'll keep someone young if they drink from it. There are many stories about where the Fountain of Youth is. One story is where the Arawaks tell the Spanish about Bimini. The Arawak chief and some other men sailed north to find Bimini but ever returned. Still people thought the Arawak chief found Bimini, but many people including the pope did not believe Bimini existed. The most famous story about the fountain of youth is where Juan Ponce de Leon attempts to discover it. We don’t know much about it because Juan Ponce de Leon never wrote about it in his books. Juan Ponce de Leon never found the Fountain of Youth. A couple of book I found about the Fountain of Youth are called The Ancient Secret about the Fountain of Youth and The Ancient Secret about the Fountain of Youth by Peter Kelder.
