  22. STAKEHOLDERS A Stakeholder is defined as any person, group, or organisation that can place a claim on an institute's attention, resources, or outputs, or is affected by the outputs. Who are the stakeholders of your institute? Slide # 22

WORK PLAN FOR EACH THRUST AREA A Work Plan is avisual chartthat shows thelist of Projects related to each of the goals in a Thrust area and indicates the time frame for each Project. The Work Plan is similar to a Gantt Chart 2. ACTION PLAN FOR EACH PROJECT An action plan lists the tasks to complete a Project. For each Project it specifieswhowill do it,howit will be done, when it will be done andwhatresources are needed to carry it out. It includesindicatorsof success. Slide # 24
