  2. Cooper wires are the most faithful material used in electrical appliances and gadgets. Of all the industry segments, copper has found wide scale application in automobile and marine engineering. We take a look into the segments where copper is used in various forms.

  3. Tinned wire Tinned copper wire has tin metal coating over the surface to give it a good finish and also increase its conductivity. It makes the wire resistant to corrosion and physical wear and tear. GPT GPT Copper wires are used in the electrical circuit wiring that are housed in automobiles and marine engines. Submarines, ships, diving kits and electrical diving equipment use copper.

  4. TWP This variety of wires are popular as well. They have smaller diameter when compared to the GPT grade copper wires. They are mostly used in electrical devices and engines that have space constraint and have to wound on a smaller frame. HDT The HDT Wires have a robust construction and are often braided or stranded to the iron rod so as to maintain its magnetic and electrical properties. This falls under the category of general wiring.

  5. GXL This grade is formed from cross-linking PVC with copper wires. It is one of the most standard automotive wire connectors and can be used in engineering components that work under high temperatures and enormous friction SXL This grade of cross-linked PVC insulation copper wires are also referred to as XLP variety. They are used in automotive engines and marine compartments.

  6. TXL Rated as one of the best wire segments that can be used in all desirable ways, TXL is an extra-thin wire. It is not only small in diameter, but also flexible and lightweight. These cross-linked insulated wires can survive in the temperature range of -51 degree centigrade and 130 degree centigrade.
