  9. iT’s noT fiNisheD yET! First step – to write a brochure Plan to distribute it to all YC-members Still a lot of unanswered questions: • Negotiating culture: not for everyone • Openness: bring in one group = bye bye the other one • On purpose unpredictable: start of genius
